Today, I wanted to continue my moviemaking. But I also needed a break from making my movie. ...Confusing? Let's just say today was a day of working on the bonus features!
Now, I already had my 1st bonus feature, the Bonus Video completed a while back. So I continued work on the 2nd bonus feature video- Behind the Scenes. It started as a barely-started project today, but I got the whole video done by dinnertime! ...And I must say I am pleased with how it came out.
The 3rd bonus feature- the Outtakes... I worked on this all of tonight while my family and I watched movies together. There's no telling how close I am to finishing THIS one because I don't know how many gags I'm gonna end up with.
So, lemme just give a progress report. 14 gags made tonight. 32 gags on the project so far. 50 or more gags is my goal, because gag reels need to have enough gags in them! Most importantly though, I am actually enjoying each gag I have made so far. We cannot have any fillers in the outtakes. During the movie night, Mom and dad and my sister saw me with my headphones and wondered why I was geting the giggles. ...It was my outtakes. Yes, I may be one that laughs a lot, and lots of others don't get their funny bone tickled so easily, but I really think I've got some good ones in there! ...Hopefully these laughs have rejuvinated my mind enough for me to keep working on my movie tomorrow.
