High-Seas Hiatus

What a storm! It's been getting as crazy out there as it has in my workshop. After nearly 3 months of prepping, planning, testing, editing, developing, producing, etc, etc, I have finally written a step-by-step movie outline, and have made a difficult decision.

I have decided to take a break from all this moviemaking pizazz for a little while. It concerned me that if I did, I might not get my movie out in time for Spring. But I had many more reasons to take a break than not to.

1. This break is inspiration for my life-imitating artistic film production. In the movie plotline, I face the fact that I must take a rest and that it's sometimes better to wait 'til another time.

2. I love to draw. I still have a new comic book to make, and I have not yet gotten around to editing my other comic book and putting it on my channel.

3. My movie takes place, starting in the middle of January. January is not here yet, so I'm technically ahead of schedule. There's only so much you can do ahead of time.

After coming to these conclusions, I wrote out my outline and I have now written this post. And with that, I sign off and give it all a rest. ...Besides, it's winter break! It would be preposterous not to treat it like a break.
