A Sickening Turn of Events

Just last night (EARLY in the night, not an all-nighter), I started sneezing again while madly working on my final project for my most incredibly tough class! (This is the same class that both lasts 4 hours straight 3x a week AND is the class in which I made my Space of Song Castle video, by the way.) After sneezing some 8 times in the past hour I realized "Oh no this class is making me SICK again!"

It's about the same sickness I had about a month ago: A crazy bad cold and a slight fever. But as you might be able to see in my Spring Fever post, that fever never went away! Mom called it Post-Strep Syndrome, but I call this illness just messed up. A week-and-a-half sickness followed by a 4-week fever and now the illness is coming right back! Not to mention the fever STILL hasn't left. It's as though I never got better to begin with! YEESH, what a weird case. (Not coronavirus by the way.) ...Believe it or not, this isn't the FIRST super weird and unusual long-lasting illness I've had. I had a different one about 4 and a half years ago, but that's another story...

Something tells me that this case is like a TV menu. Sometimes you hit the back button and although the picture stops, the sound doesn't. So you start the picture again, stop it again, and then EVERYTHING stops as it should this time. I think this goes the same for my cold and my fever.

...But when will it stop, praytell? I'm 99% sure it will stop around this weekend because this is my last week of school. No classmate or teacher of mine disagreed with me when I said that this super big class, AND our final 2-month project that is to be presented this Friday, is LITERALLY making me sick. This particular class is the single toughest in the undergrad architecture program, and all my classmates and teachers are in consensus that Architecture is among the toughest degrees and careers in the world and in life. Do I believe it? Yes, I do. I know now, after all, what intense stress and toughness can do to even the most energetic and carefree peoples. But you know what they say about taking the easy way... I'd tell you but that would be taking the easy way. It'll be uphill by the time summer hits. I may need one summer class to complete my undergrad degree but it will be way easier and with way fewer hours. It's still summer vacation in comparison to THIS term!

Besides, It makes me happy knowing I've been taking on the hardest and most insane challenges in life in SPITE of whatever's been burning me down (the fever and sick relapse if nothing else!). This is EXACTLY the kind of stuff I've been expressing in my ultimate movie, my Poptropi-con comics, and all of my other greatest creations so far. ...I'm never gonna stop. I'm gonna be on top!
